Have you heard of Bucars’ Community Cruiser?
This lil’ rig has been a busy bee this summer, showing up to help numerous Calgary, Airdrie, and Calgary area non-profits and associations make sure their event run smoothly and successfully.
We totally understand that running an event is a HUGE job, especially for small budgets, and sometimes, having a place to call command-post, HQ, home-base or just “the RV,” is a really good thing. Fortunately, we have access to resources (in the form of RV’s) that allow us to lend a helping, um, hand. And we’re happy to do it.
Summer 2012 has been one of our busiest since introducing the Community Cruiser in 2007. Check out this list of events and organizations we’ve been fortunate enough to lend the unit to this year:

“It’s one of the ways we give back to our community,” says Bucars General Manager and Owner, Jeff Redmond. “My brother Kyle (also part-owner) and I both played a bunch of sports and were active in so many organizations growing up. Now our kids are doing it too. If we can support these groups, we’re happy to do it, and love being involved.”
