I’d like to thank Heather in the Parts Department at Bucars RV for her excellent service. She went above and beyond to help me source replacement motorhome parts and made the entire process quick and easy to understand. Heather was very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend asking for her if you need parts!

Nice people, willing to take the time to make sure you get the right RV for you. Had a good selection of trailers to look around and Wayne was knowledgable and helpful when working out the essential features we needed. Also give you a good discount in the parts store when you buy an RV from them which really helps when kitting up.

We have wonderful service from Matthew and the techs at Bucars. The job was an electrical upgrade on a Hymer Class B. Electrical work is always a journey into the unknown, and though the job took longer than forecast, Matthew kept us informed and stuck to his original estimate, even though they must have put in more hours than expected. The loaner was a definite bonus as we had travelled from Manitoba to get this work done. Our camper is better than I had anticipated after this work, and I would definitely recommend Matthew and his team of techs at Bucars for any work. A plus.
