Good day. Unfortunately this review will be mostly negative as our experience with the Bucars team was subpar at best. We unfortunately encountered major damage to our travel trailer from the hailstorm of 2024. Originally the process of leaving our trailer at Bucars was easy and straightforward but over the course of many months our trailer was finally ready to be picked up but a few items even though they had been attempted to be fixed were not done properly. Our main concern to date is actually our tub surround was not replaced with the proper one which is actually a one piece unit above the bathtub. No one told us if the part was unavailable but upon our own search we were able to find one that could have been used. Bucars replaced it with a 5 piece grey set that does not fit properly nor is it the right color. Our insurance company paid for all the repairs before we inspected the trailer and now the surround does not stay affixed to the wall. We have attempted to address this issue on our own but it seems like it’s going to be a continuing problem. When we did tell the advisor of our findings, when we picked up our trailer in May 2025 we were told that the Silicone that they used would work to readhere the tub surround and was given to us at no charge. We are grateful for the free silicone but we have tried many times to fix the problem but each time we go check on our trailer the same issue is still occurring. We have yet to enjoy our camping season and are actually looking forward to using our trailer this year. Because of our ongoing issue we can only give the Bucars team a one star Review. We would like to thank Bucars team for addressing all of the issues we had encountered in our previous subpar work performed by the original technicians and the advisor that were not very good at their jobs. We really appreciate the extra effort by Brian the Service Manager and Matthew Young who went to great lengths to make sure our Travel Trailer was repaired properly and in a timely fashion. Based on the experience of what has transpired we are very pleased and grateful for everything that was accomplished. Therefore we have raised our review to a Five star. Thank you. John and Marie.
