We were interested in a travel trailer, had visited several dealerships over weeks, then went to Bucars. The experience was completely different from the very start. The front desk attendant greeted us like they actually wanted us there. We were quickly matched with Lisa C. who walked us to the unit we had in mind. She was very personable & knowledgeable about their inventory. She took her time answering our questions even though the place was teeming with people & customers were specifically seeking her out.We decided to buy from Bucars & felt good with our decision. Unfortunately, we ran into some unforeseen issues on our end & we couldn’t complete the sale. Lisa followed up with us about it & was completely understanding of our reasons. In fact, every member of Bucars that we interacted with during the entire process was nothing short of wonderful.Once we get our end of things figured out for us to be able to start RV-shopping again, I have no doubt we’ll be heading right back to Bucars & asking for Lisa.
