What a phenomenal experience! The service my wife and I received was amazing from everyone we interacted with! Tyson was able to help us find the perfect trailer, was very knowledgeable about the features of all the models we looked at, and was patient with us while we looked at various trailers. Linda helped take care of all the financials and treated us like family. Dale did a thorough walk through with us before we drove it off the lot, and provided us with some humour to keep it interesting. The customer Service was beyond my expectations...we bought our camper from the competitors last year and we were absolutely disgusted and felt defeated without knowing anything about our tent trailer. Allen in the service department at Bucars went far above and beyond in repairing our leaky trailer! There was damage to our trim and bench from a leak in our slide.Our trailer is discontinued, so finding parts was difficult. Allen built us a new bench and trim. He did an amazing job, it looks beautiful. He also replaced and tested the new seal to make sure we could enjoy our trailer this summer with our new little girl. I'm very appreciative of the work he did. Below are the pictures of his repairs. It looks better than when we bought it. We bought our first travel trailer through Dave when he was still selling and had an amazing experience along with service and parts over the years. So seven years later it made sense to go back however Dave went to management so we dealt with Brian who was awesome. UPDATE - We recently traded in that first RV and upgraded, naturally we returned to Bucars & Dave Reid! They made us feel like returning family. Dave listened to what we wanted, what we didn't like anymore about our original RV helped us make a confident choice in upgrades. He worked hard for us on valuing our trade in & left us in fabulous hands with Linda to do the financing. JC & his parts team have been incredibly helpful as we worked through what else we needed to upgrade and what we should consider with the new RV. Our Red Carpet walk through was done by Dale, who did our first and remembered us! He took the time to point out the significant differences between this new one and our old and gave us a few new pointers. I emailed back and forth with Paul, also on the finance team, between the RV show paperwork and our signing day, he was very prompt in his responses and super helpful as well. The entire Bucars team just makes you feel so welcome - when we brought in our "old" trailer for the trade, it seemed like everyone on staff went out of their way to congratulate us on the upgrade. In the years we have owned our first RV, the Service Department at Bucars has always been tremendous, not that we ran into much trouble, but always good to have folks that will answer questions and understand that when something does go wrong, it's in the middle of camping season and you want to be back up and running immediately! I would give Bucars more than 5 stars if I could! _____________________________________________________________________After spending the last few years talking about retiring our tent and getting an RV, we made the decision this year to finally pull the trigger. A huge part of that decision was meeting Dave Reid at the Bucars booth at the RV show - despite the chaos around us he took the time to show us some units we would never have considered were in our price range and really made us excited to start the process of seriously looking for an RV. We made an appointment for the following weekend to start the process.I was extremely nervous going in, it's a big decision & purchase and we were so excited, it was a lot of pressure to pick the right one and go through the process. We arrived about 15 minutes early to Bucars and as we wandered the show room, we were greeted by 5 different staff, offering assistance and a coffee or water - everyone was so friendly! Dave Reid was fantastic - he was patient, answered all our questions, there was zero pressure, and he offered some excellent tips and things to consider. We opted to purchase an RV we had unexpectedly fallen in love with at the RV Show and Dave introduced us to Linda so we could begin the financing portion. This part made me feel extra stressed, but Linda instantly calmed my nerves - she was unbelievably friendly and helpful. She explained the process, joked with us to help ease my nerves and thoroughly explained the process we were going through. She understood we had a limit with our payment budget and worked very hard to make it all happen. Yesterday we returned to do our walk through and sign all the paper work. Once again nothing but friendly and helpful staff - Dale walked through our RV with us, front to back and back again, patiently answering questions, sharing his personal experiences and tips and even recommended a few great RV "starter" campgrounds so we can get our feet wet. We are so excited for the side roads to clear up so we can take our trailer home!JC and the Parts team have been incredibly helpful through the process, Service did a great job setting up our truck with the hitch and wiring our trailer brake. Paul helped us with all the paperwork yesterday, he made sure we understood what it all meant and gave us some additional tips.Bottom line, we felt like Bucars had our backs the whole way through. The please we bought it from would not help us fix it even with a 7 year extended warranty. Beware of the return policy when you buy anything at Bucars RV. I bought a antenna booster for my RV. I was trouble shooting the TV reception. It happened that by luck I went to Canadian Tire and bought an indoor antenna which proved that the original booster was fine. I got a good deal in Canadian tire with the indoor antenna so I was very happy to have resolved the reception issue. However, I made the mistake of taking the Bucars booster out of the package. I went to take it back and Bucars would not accept it back. I wasted $53. Not only that, the counter person and store manager made me feel like a crook, going over the piece, like I had brought the old piece back and kept the new one. It was ridiculous. I told them that I had no use for their piece and that the purchase date was within 30 days. It made no difference. I guess when Bucars label anything electronic, the costumer is on his own. In conclusion, in my book business Bucars has no right treating costumes like they are crooks. What shall we trust Bucars if they don't trust us!! That is it for Bucars for me. I will boycott Bucars from now on

Since we walked in the doors we instantly felt welcome and that everyone working there was so friendly and willing to help.Our salesman was Tyson, and he was fantastic! We had emailed him to go look at some trailers, and he had them pulled out front and had them all ready to go for us to check out both times we made the trip up there, which we were very impressed with. It was so awesome to be able to see them side by side to compare the differences and to see everything how you would actually use it out camping instead of stuffed in the back and not be able to see what the awning or slide look like. He was very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with! Didn’t ever make us feel rushed or like we were a bother and always answered all of our questions and made the process so easy and exciting. You could tell he really cared and wasn’t just trying to make a sale and that he wanted to sell us a trailer that checked all the boxes for us but was still within budget. He was great with follow-up and had some really nice added touches that made our trailer buying experience very personable! Thank you Tyson, you really went above and beyond and we thought you were awesome!When we went to pick up our new trailer, Dale spent a couple hours with us going over every single switch, feature and gadget the trailer had to offer, which was so helpful! We were so impressed with the depth he went into and it really helped us learn everything about our new trailer. You could tell he really cared and made sure everything was good to go before we drove away and spent a bunch of time helping us with the trailer braking adjustments which was so awesome of him!Next was Carl, he really impressed us with how meticulous he was about the trailer and replaced/fixed anything that didn’t meet his standards for a brand new trailer leaving the lot! He even pointed out a couple things that we hadn’t noticed which just goes to show that he really cared and wanted to see us leave with a trailer in mint condition! He even stayed late to make sure everything was perfect and was more than willing to do the adjustments to ensure the trailer was perfect, which was so awesome of him! It made us feel really good about our purchase and the kind of people who work there.You could tell our trailer was cleaned just before we picked it up, everything looked great and we were so happy we made our purchase at Bucars!Overall, the Bucars team was amazing!!! This is definitely the place to go if you are shopping for an RV. After looking for a couple of years and being frustrated by salesmen that just want to sell, we went to Bucars. We had wandered the lot last year and spoke with Dean Fincaryk, at that time though we were not sure of what we were looking for yet. Fast forward to this year and with a specific checklist in hand we went back to Bucars and see if Dean could source out exactly what we wanted in a trailer. He really did listen to what were were looking. I am picky and hard to convince and Dean did it!! He painstakingly found the perfect trailer for us. Once we chose a trailer we met with Linda Simunovic, she's awesome! So much fun and quick to go though all the finances, warranty and insurance options. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. I was not there to buy a large RV. After talking to Kevin and Wyatt they showed me this small wonderful Livin" LIte Tent Trailer. I was not in the market for a tent trailer but once Wyatt spent time with me and my friend I was sold. Wyatt and Paul (finance) were very accommodating as I was getting ready to go on vacation and the purchase was all based on whether I could put this unit up on my own. They worked with me on my deposit and financing and waited for me to come back out to Balzac where Wyatt was ready and waiting. With his great instructions he walked me through every step on putting the tent trailer up and then back down. The purchase was made and I am so happy.
