Rolling Out The Red Carpet
The first thing you notice when you arrive at our award-winning dealership for your delivery day orientation, is that there is actually a red carpet rolled out to welcome you! You and your family are greeted by some familiar faces: your sales consultant and finance manager are both on hand to give you a VIP experience from start to finish. The team ensures all the paperwork is in order and all of your questions are answered before they introduce you to your orientation specialist. That’s when the fun really begins!
The Main Event: Your RV Walkthrough
Rv’s can be complicated with a lot of systems to learn from the sewer tanks, levelling, and appliances, to solar controllers and awnings. Here at Bucars, we take a “refreshingly different” approach and believe that customers who thoroughly understand every aspect of their new RV will have a more enjoyable camping experience. There’s nothing more frustrating than struggling with the levelling jacks the first time you pull into a campsite with your new RV. Our customer orientation specialists have years of experience in the RV industry and are happy to share their knowledge with you and your family. You will spend about two hours combing through every nook and cranny of your new RV. With our hands-on approach, you actually get to try lighting pilot lights, opening the awnings, starting the generator, and more. Even if you have been RVing for years, every RV is different and has a bit of a learning curve, so you will feel like a pro before you even leave the lot! And don’t worry, we welcome lots of questions!

Setting Up For Safe Towing
If you purchased a towable RV, your tow vehicle will likely require some set up with the hitch and wiring. Our experts take care of everything on your delivery day to ensure you leave our dealership towing your trailer safely and confidently.
Getting Geared Up With Our Parts Department
Whether you are a seasoned camper, or an RV rookie, you will likely want some new gear to outfit your RVing adventures. We’re proud of our parts department and retail store; in fact, it’s the largest in Western Canada! But we are even more proud of our professional RV parts consultants who are on hand to help you select the right RV parts and accessories from sewer hoses to solar panels. We also have plenty of lifestyle accessories such as camping chairs, gazebos and portable fire pits to enhance your camping experiences. On your delivery day, you will receive a special discount coupon to use on all your purchases that day, as well as our handy checklist to make sure nothing is overlooked.
Checking in with the Service Department
After you’ve gotten acquainted with your RV and loaded up all of your new gear, we will introduce you to our service writing team and book your 60-day service appointment. You can take this opportunity to have any concerns addressed, or add any new accessories. Our award-winning service department will be your partner to help prolong the life of your RV through proper maintenance. And with 16 service bays filled with a team of experienced journeymen RV technicians, we can take care of any “bumps” you encounter in your camping journeys and get you back on the road.
