Draw Terms and Conditions
The RAPTOR RIDGE RESORT FIVE-NIGHT STAY DRAW (the “Draw”) is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with BUCARS RV CENTRE are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants may participate by submitting their entry via this entry page. All entries must be received by the specified deadline to be considered.By entering the Draw, participants agree to join BUCARS RV CENTRE’S mailing list and may receive promotional emails, newsletters, or marketing communications. Participants can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time after the Draw is concluded.The prize for the Draw is one of two five-night stays at Raptor Ridge Resort. The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The selected winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 days after the Draw closing date. Winners may be required to provide proof of age and identity to claim the prize.By participating in the Draw, the winners agree to permit BUCARS RV CENTRE to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.BUCARS RV CENTRE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Draw or acceptance/use of the prize.
