We were looking for furniture for our fifth wheel this summer and had a bit of a time with wanting to get the proper fit. We checked many dealers in the area, some were somewhat helpful, and some were downright NOT helpful at all. Bucars absolutely stood out as far and away the best, most helpful and friendliest customer service we’ve had at any RV dealer. They were also among the cheapest. Can’t be beat, in our opinion.

We have just bought our second Travel Trailer from Bucars. Dean and Scott made us feel like family and treated us so well. The service department goes above and beyond every time and will take time to answer any question. The financial department made the experience so easy for us. Great place to go for your first or next trailer.

How a customer-centred business should be run.I bought my travel trailer from Bucars in 2019. I was thoroughly impressed by their courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness from the moment we walked in the door, even though we were buying an entry level RV. They helped me deal with my vehicle’s trailer hitch issue and went above and beyond to get me safely on my way back to Whitehorse.

My wife and I live in the NWT and have been looking at getting a Class A RV for sometime. However our taste vs our pocketbook are miles apart !!We have visited a few RV dealers in person over the Internet and via phone ….have asked hundreds of questions but never seemed to be satisfied with the answers or for that matter, never got that “the feeling welcome “vibe”.We first went to Bucars and met with Wayne Kent… that man is a wealth of knowledge about RV’s and truly wants to help you get what you want. As I said the mind said yes but the pocket book just wasn’t there for a brand new model.We continued to look but kept saying to ourselves that “vibe” we got from Bucars – isn’t anywhere else.Couple of months later I called Wayne up … talk about timing – an rv had just come in on consignment. Wayne sent us some pictures and assured us the pictures did not lie … we bought over the phone!Next came Linda and Paul in finance….they couldn’t have made this easier – it was seamless (again all over the phone).When we finally got down to Calgary we met Craig – who gave us the “tour” of our RV. First off the RV was everything Wayne said it would be ! Craig showed us every component in the 40 foot bus and how it worked; another knowledgeable employee at Bucars !!Now like I said we are from the NWT and won’t be able to use the RV until 2025 – no problem Bucars is going to winterize it and store it for us !!I know this is a long post and I know I could go on with the people we met in parts and service …. But let me assure you. If you are reading this and are genuinely interested in purchasing a class A B or C, or a trailer .. you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not check out Bucars…. The knowledge and friendliness at this business is not comparableThank you Bucars!!
