Wow! What a difference working with Bucars than at a number of other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. The staff are on the ball. Great communication between staff, departments, and us. We are buying a 5th wheel and our salesperson Dean is very approachable and not pushy. Sales manager Dave is fantastic in making sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. Scott in sales is also incredible, proactively engaging with us when Dean was off-shift.Peter in parts is so knowledgeable, easy-going, and has a great sense of humour.I will keep updating this review. So far, every single staff we’ve met have been amazing. That’s hard to find in RV dealerships.Update: Sept 2023 (over 1 year after purchase)The service at Bucars is incredible! Our fantastic salesperson Dean kept in contact with us, and recently helped us off-shift.Peter in parts is so knowledgeable and thorough, and very friendly!A huge shout out to services receptionist Tatiana for going above and beyond.And to service techs Brian and Clarence, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. These guys came to our aid off-shift, and got everything done quickly and professionally.Throughout the year, we encountered many other staff in parts and services, and every single individual is so impressive.Great people, great dealership.Update May 3, 2024Our 5th wheel trailer has been solid! Absolutely no significant issues for the last 2 years. Even when there were minor issues, Bucars fixed them quickly and tried to minimize cost to us as much as possible.When we had an unexpected issue happen with our tow vehicle, Bucars came to our aid yet again. A HUGE shout-out to Doug Fixter for working overtime to help us. Thank you again Dean and service manager Brian for quickly coordinating help for us.Owning a trailer is like owning a second home, and Bucars feels like our extended family now.If you’re in the market for a trailer/motorhome, rest assured that Bucars will provide you with excellent, reliable, and consistent service. You will buy and feel secure for years to come.

We were interested in a travel trailer, had visited several dealerships over weeks, then went to Bucars. The experience was completely different from the very start. The front desk attendant greeted us like they actually wanted us there. We were quickly matched with Lisa C. who walked us to the unit we had in mind. She was very personable & knowledgeable about their inventory. She took her time answering our questions even though the place was teeming with people & customers were specifically seeking her out.We decided to buy from Bucars & felt good with our decision. Unfortunately, we ran into some unforeseen issues on our end & we couldn’t complete the sale. Lisa followed up with us about it & was completely understanding of our reasons. In fact, every member of Bucars that we interacted with during the entire process was nothing short of wonderful.Once we get our end of things figured out for us to be able to start RV-shopping again, I have no doubt we’ll be heading right back to Bucars & asking for Lisa.
