Two Bucars RV Technicians were awarded RVDA of Canada bursaries this year for training excellence. Technicians DJ and Derek were awarded the bursaries earlier in August and Bucars RV would like to congratulate both for their hard work and dedication to higher learning and training within the trade. Both individuals have successfully completed their second year and are enrolled at SAIT for their third and final year of technical training this Fall.
The RVDA of Canada facilitates a variety of training, recruitment, human resources, educational programs and member benefits, covering all areas of an RV Dealership for RV Dealers across Canada including the recruitment, retention and training of RV Dealership employees.
In 2011, 21 bursaries values at $1000 each and 2 bursaries valued at $2000 were created to recognize outstanding achievements by students with serious interest and desire to succeed in the RV Industry as demonstrated by successful program completion. The bursaries are awarded to the technicians to encourage continuing education as the RV Industry continues to evolve.
Bucars is proud to have such dedicated Service Staff and continue to encourage higher learning, a safe work environment, and excellent customer service in the Service Department.DJ (Bucars RV), Dan Merkowski (RVDA – Alberta) and Paul Sinclair (Bucars RV)
