"This purpose of this note is to express our gratitude for the efforts of your service department and requests that you recognize Brian MacKenzie and Dana Andrew for job well done! We are traveling on a four month trip in our 18 month old Coach House motor home when we had a problem. The people we dealt with in your service department are the best we've seen.
In early August we were staying at a park in Alberta when a hydraulic hose on our HWH system ruptured. HWH referred us to your service center. We arrived on Tuesday August 5th in early afternoon. By close of business Brian had Dana identified the problem and removed the hose. The following day Brian worked with us to get the part ordered and quickly shipped. Even though we paid for overnight delivery, the part did not arrive until Friday the 8th at 4:15 PM. As you might guess, we were anxious to move on since staying at your dealership for 3 more days was really not in our trip plan. Brian said Dana agreed to stay after hours to repair our RV and get us on the road. He fixed that hose, repaired a connection on our rear slide to stop a hydraulic leak and performed service for a recall notice on our refrigerator. Our HWH hydraulic system has never worked as well as it does now.
We have been to several RV service centers in this Coach House and a previous Roadtrek. By far your center is the friendliest and has the highest level of commitment to customer satisfaction we've seen."
