Bucars is hiring a full time receptionist for our RV dealership in Balzac Alberta. We are looking for a bright, vibrant, detailed individual to join our first-line customer service team and assist our management team with ongoing daily tasks.

The candidate will be able to:

  • Be a primary person to greet customers and answer phones with a friendly attitude
  • Assist management team and other administrative staff with development of documents, reports and other business-related forms typically using the Microsoft Suite of products
  • Process mail and handle courier deliveries
  • Handle RV check in tasks
  • Assist in various RV marketing activities such as taking photos, writing descriptions and submitting to marketing team
  • Help ensure a clean showroom environment
  • Multi-task and be comfortable dealing with high volume situations
